Help - Zanussi dishwasher not draining, water left in the bottom

I've got a Zanussi dishwasher (ZDF26020WA) that's around a year old and there's a pool of dirty water sat in the bottom at the end of the cycle that won't drain away. Would really appreciate any advice before I fork out for a callout.
