Help - Russell Hobbs vacuum cleaner has lost suction

Bought a Russell Hobbs vacuum cleaner (RHHS3002) a year ago and the suction has dropped right off even after I've emptied it and cleaned the filter. Is it worth repairing or should I just replace it?
