Help - Liebherr fridge freezer compressor running constantly

I've got a Liebherr fridge freezer (CBNsda 5223) that's 2 years old and the motor never switches off, it just runs non-stop and the back is very hot. Would really appreciate any advice before I fork out for a callout.
