Bosch dishwasher spray arm not spinning, any ideas?

Bought a Bosch dishwasher (Serie 2 SMS2ITW08G) a couple of years ago and the spray arms don't seem to be turning so the top rack barely gets washed. Would really appreciate any advice before I fork out for a callout.
