Installing cover A underneath Washing Machine (Beko B5W1241AW)
I just bought a new Beko washing machine and there is a square plastic cover that needs to be installed underneath the machine in a square hole that is located under the motor. The instructions state "Rest the tabs of Cover A against the lower panel. Complete the assembly by rotating the cover." There does not seem to be any way to rotate it. The only way I could get it on is to push it straight on but then its a bit loose and will only go the opposite way to the instructions so must be wrong.
Could anyone advise me how to put it on correctly.

Is that the right way around? My impression is that it should be fitted with the letter A at front?

I would have it so that the A side is towards you. Turn it so the A is sideways and place it so that the 2 big lugs go inside the machine. Then turn it so the A is back upright so the lugs end up inside in a similar position to how they are in the photo above except they are inside.

I have this too. I found "cover A" post delivery/installation in amongst the accessories. I've looked under the machine and see the hole, but can for the life of me work out how to get it to fit, especially as the instructions state to rotate it.
In the bottom left of your "installed" picture, there is a small rectangular tab visible. Mine has one on the opposite edge which your appears to be missing.
The instructions suggest the purpose of this piece is to effect some kind of noise reduction, so I'm hoping it isn't too vital. In any case there is another large hole for which you need "cover B", but that's optional and wasn't included.
I interpret the instructions as putting it in place with the A facing forward and twisting it round so that the plastic tabs that are sticking out at the back lock into something and hold it in place. I'm not sure whether the object is to start with the A the right way up or to have the A the right way up once locked in place. However, the two smaller bendy tabs look like they clip into place and you should be able to bend in the ends to release it if the part ever needed removing. So on that basis maybe you have it the right way around.
Terrible instructions

Yeah I agree in the intructions it shows the A facing outwards from underneath but did not seem to be able to fit it on that way
