Leisure cooker timer won't let the oven come on, any ideas?

Bought a Leisure cooker (CK100F232K) a couple of years ago and I think the programmer needs setting to manual or the oven won't start, and I can't work it out. Would really appreciate any advice before I fork out for a callout.
