2. Look for freezing in the water tank or pipe If the fridge is set too cold, the small water reservoir or outlet tube can freeze. Check whether the tank or pipe feels icy. Try turning the fridge setting slightly warmer and leave it for several hours.

3. Inspect the dispenser lever and outlet The little paddle/lever can crack or fail to press the valve properly. Also check the nozzle for limescale, debris, or a blockage. A blocked outlet can stop flow completely.

4. Check for an airlock After refilling or removing the tank, air can sometimes stop flow. Refit the tank carefully and operate the dispenser several times with a glass underneath.

5. Look for leaks or split tubing If water is disappearing from the tank but not coming from the front, inspect visible tubing and the dispenser area for leaks.

If you can confirm whether this model has a removable door tank and whether the tank still empties at all, that would narrow it down a lot.
