Very noisy spin cycle and damaged case....

I've got a Hoover DHL14102D3 washing machine that is 14 months old. In the last week, the spin cycle has been getting noticeably noisier. Last night it sounded like there was a banging noise so I went down to the to utility room to find the machine had moved forwards about 2 or 3 feet. Also, there are now a number of dents on the washing machine case (front and side) that look like something has been rattling around inside at high speed trying to get out (see pictures).

Naturally, I'm angry that this has happened in such a short space of time so I need to find out what may have caused this, and is it a cost effective repair? I've done a forum search and found some info on noisy drums but nothing that mentions case damage as well....

Hello. That damage must be caused by the front drum weight which is usually made of concrete. You need to check the suspension dampers and top tub springs that should hold the big drum inside central. If the drum is twisted to one side or leaning badly to the front or back there is a problem.

Hello. If you had a really big load in it could cause problems but if one of the suspension dampers or top drum springs has broken that would cause it too.

Thanks for the reply. Any ideas what might have caused this? The machine is in regular use for a family but hasn't misused or relocated in anyway.
