Crown AL-100T problem
Hi and thanks for enrolling me to the group.
Can anyone help ?
I have a crown auto wash machine ..
The machine switches to end cycle afer 3 seconds on any wash cycle selected ... no power on water inlet valve ... have tried disconnecting hose on water pressure switch and also changed the main control board ...

Hi, welcome to the forum.
If the machine jumps to end after a few seconds on every programme, that usually means the control is being told a condition is already met, or it cannot “see” a basic input it needs to start filling. As you’ve already tried a board, I’d concentrate on the inputs and wiring next.
Before checking anything internal, isolate the washing machine from the mains.
1. Check the drain system first If the machine thinks it is empty and immediately pumps/finishes, a drain fault can confuse the cycle. Make sure the drain hose isn’t pushed too far down the standpipe, and check the pump filter and pump impeller for blockage.
2. Re-check the pressure system properly Don’t just disconnect the hose. Inspect the full pressure chamber hose for splits, blockage, soap sludge, or water trapped in it. Also check the pressure chamber on the tub if accessible. If the pressure switch is stuck in the “full” or “empty” state, the programme can abort.
3. Test the door interlock If the control doesn’t get a proper locked signal back, some machines will stop almost immediately. Does the door lock engage firmly? Check the interlock wiring and connector for burning or looseness.
4. Inspect the wiring loom Pay close attention to wiring between the control board, pressure switch, door lock, pump and inlet valve. Look for broken wires, corroded plugs, or damage where the loom flexes.
5. Check the inlet valve circuit If there is definitely no power reaching the valve, either the board is not being told to fill, or a safety/input device is preventing it. Also confirm the valve coil itself has continuity.
6. Look for a hidden fault indication Some basic machines store faults through flashing LEDs rather than a display. Note exactly which lights come on before it ends.
If you can post what it does at switch-on (door locks? pump runs? any lights flash?), that would narrow it down a lot. If live voltage testing is needed, or if you’re unsure, best to get a qualified appliance engineer. Any mains work should be left to a properly qualified person.

Safety first — read before actioning advice
Never work on a live appliance
Always unplug it at the mains before going near it with any tools.
Never attempt gas work
By law, gas appliances must only be worked on by a Gas Safe registered engineer. If your fault involves gas, stop and call a professional — do not attempt it yourself.
Watch for sharp edges
Outer panels are smooth, but internal parts are full of sharp machined edges. Wear protective gloves and arm sleeves.
Water appliances can leak
Turn off the water supply before disconnecting any hoses.
Know your limits
If you're not confident testing or working inside the appliance, STOP and call a professional.
