Aye and it looks like DC too? In that case it sounds like a power supply problem.

I did try to kickstart it, but it didn't help. It looks like it's not 230 V. Is it possible that it's 37-80 V? There is a circuit board where it's connected.

Also, when you have checked for physical resistance. I would be tempted to use a screwdriver to try and give the pump impeller a boost when it is struggling to turn to see if by any chance you can "kickstart" it. It shouldn't be dangerous as even when running at full speed the pump is a very weak spinner.

Thanks for adding the video. When you turn the impeller by hand, how stiff is it? These pumps tend to have a little bit of resistance, which then gives but it shouldn't be what you would determine as physically restrained.

It looks as if the pump is trying to run but something is restraining it. If you hadn't said that a replacement pump is exactly the same I would have been pretty sure that something is jamming it. If nothing is preventing it from spinning freely then it has to be a supply problem. Somehow the pump is not getting the correct voltage to make it run. If that is the case then it's going to be a lot more difficult to diagnose. I would also add that this would be very unusual. A pump should get 230 V and so normally you would expect it to either get the power, or not.

Hi, thanks for the reply. if I empty the washing machine manually, turn it on, set it to drain only and keep the filter open, I can see the pump twitching back and forth. The program ends afer one minute as if everything is fine. If I close the filter, let it fill with water, I can hear the same pump movent as if it was empty and after one minute the program ends normally, but nothing drains. I cleaned the drain pipe and found a few coins inside the washing machine. I also replaced the water pump, but it just twitches the same way as the old one. (I added a video to the original post).

2. the pump spins half a turn back and one turn forward. Then it stops and after a while it does the same thing. Sometimes it's it turns a little bit more, but no longer than 1 second. After that it goes to next step of the program leaving all the water in.
