Hello there. Try uploading the video again. It might work now your post has been moderated. The only other reason I can think of it might not work is if the video file is too big though I would expect you should be notified about that. Just make sure it's not a massive video, maybe edit it down to make it shorter if you can't reduce the file size.
Normally a ratchety sound is caused by something like a loose or raised segment from the commutator in the motor, or maybe an underwire from a bra catching on the drum. But these sounds should still be there if the drum is turned by hand. So if the sounds are not replicated when rotated manually, it's very difficult to think of any cause.
I would be looking at something that only happens when the drum inside all the casing itself moves. To do this you would disconnect the washing machine from the mains, take off the lid, and then firmly push the drum from side to side and bounce it up and down a little. Also try moving the main casing. If you can recreate the noise, this where you should be able to work out what is causing it. If not then it remains a mystery without being able to hear it.

It certainly doesn't sound serious to me, although without being able to identify exactly what it is, I obviously can't say with any certainty. It just sounds like a gentle shaking of something, and sounds like someone stood behind you while you are filming gently shaking one of those eggs filled with sand that musicians use.

Also while drying there is no sound during the rotation. Don't know why it is doing during the washing cycle.
Hello Andy. That is the thing, there is no sound when there are no clothes inside. I tried moving the drum back and forth also, no sound. It only does when there are clothes inside.
Could it be something stuck inside one of the drum paddles at the back of the drum? My own washing machine does something similar. However, you should be able to hear the sound when turning the drum by hand. Try turning it rougher, and back and forth fast.

Hi. Did you try this? You need to eliminate this as a possibility. If the noise doesn't happen when you revolve the drum by hand, that usually means the noise isn't caused by the drum or the motor. That mostly only leaves something that's happening when the outer drum and casing move.
Alternatively, does the noise occur when there is no laundry inside on a wash and spin cycle? If not it may be something related to drum movement. It's hard to tell from the video, it sounds like maracas. Like sand or seeds falling inside something plastic or metal.

Thank you for the detailed reply. Video still can't be uploaded (same error). However, I have uploaded it as a google drive link(see link above).
