Why is my washer dryer not drying?
If clothes are still wet after the dry cycle, common causes are a blocked condenser, a faulty heater, a low or turned-off water supply (many use cold water to condense), or simply too big a load. Overloading is the number one reason drying fails — try a much smaller load first and tell us the result.
Why won't my washer dryer spin?
A washer dryer won't move clothes on to the dry stage if it hasn't spun the water out first. An unbalanced load, a drainage fault, or worn motor brushes can all stop the spin. Post your model and which stage it fails at.
Why is my washer dryer not draining?
A blocked filter, a blocked or kinked drain hose, or a failing pump usually leave water sitting in the drum. Check and clean the pump filter at the bottom front first. Let us know your brand and model if that does not clear it.
Why is my washer dryer not heating on the dry cycle?
A failed heating element, thermostat, or thermal cut-out is the usual cause of cold air on the dry programme. Some are a straightforward part swap. Tell us the brand, model, and whether the wash cycle heats up normally.
