Hi, my washing machine is only around 4 months and now when you select a wash cycle using the dial the “wash” light just flashes. Equally if you select rinse the “rinse” light just flashes. It doesn’t make any sounds.

I've checked the filter and that is clear.

how do I put it into test mode, I’ve tried the other Beko results but my machine looks different to the ones I’ve found on YouTube etc.

Hello, test mode (if available) is designed to put the washing machine through all its operations in a short space of time. If the fault is that the washing machine won't work at all it's likely that a test mode wouldn't work too. if a washing machine's control panel lights up but nothing else works it can be a door lock fault, or even with some washing machines an open circuit motor. However, it could be other things like a faulty main pcb or even faulty start button.
