Samsung eco bubble spin failure
Hi,
I have a samsung eco bubble inverter drive washing machine that is failing to spin.
trying to spin the drum by hand it feels “lumpy” if I Then disconnect the power lead to the motor it spins freely.
is this a pcb issue?

With power off I presume?

Is it the same with the belt taken off? In other words it could be the motor, the drum or even the belt as unless belt is taken off all 3 are in play when spinning the drum.

Off or on makes no difference
WW90J6410CX is the model number.
its almost as if 1 set of field windings are energised (plug is off)
after running the self diagnostic test the Error 3c comes up which is “motor fault”
