Samsung ecobubble HE code error.
Hi all, I have a Samsung ecobubble model no. WF80F5E0W2W
It has stopped working with an HE error code which I am led to believe is a temp sender error problem. I have replaced this with a new one(access is very easy from the rear) but I still have the error code. I have unplugged it and left it to reset it but no joy. I cant see any problems with wires so far. Could it be a circuit board problem?
Any help most welcome!

Hello pabloz. Sorry I missed this. Did you get it sorted? According to my book Samsung use two HE error codes, HE1 and HE2. One means overheating and the other means not heating at all.

Hello there. Upon further investigation Samsung have 3 HE error codes with one, two, three but they do also have one which is just HE. They say it is a temperature issue
"Check that your water hose is connected to a cold supply and not a hot supply. Cold water is usually indicated by a blue tap."
The implication there is that the washing machine thinks that the water going into the washing machine is too hot and suggests that may be it is connected to the hot water supply instead of cold. If your washing machine has recently been disconnected and reconnected or moved then I would definitely look into that.
But if it has not been disturbed and this is a completely new fault then it should be impossible for it to be connected to the hot water supply instead of the cold. In this case it looks like you would need to get an engineer to look at it.

Hi Andy,
thanks for your reply. No still not working.
The code just says HE and doesn't have 1 or 2. Is there anyway of investigating the code further? All I have managed to do so far is replace the temp sender.
Any further help would be much appreciated! 🙂
