Samsung EcoBubble knocking sound
Hey, new here so hope I'm posting in the right place. I have a Samsung EcoBubble machine and I've noticed that it makes a knocking noise all the time whilst in operation, and also whilst loading / unloading. I've attached a video of what it's doing. Was wondering if anyone on here could help me identify possible things to check, it doesn't do it if it's running and the drum is empty so I'm guessing that eliminates the bearing??

Hi. This sounds like something that needs fixing before it gets worse. The only way to fix it is to identify what is causing the noise but that needs to be done by someone at the machine because it’s just down to using ears to locate it.
I can’t tell from the video if the noise happens when you just move the drum or when the machine is moving. It needs pulling out, disconnecting from the mains and the kid and back taking off. Then it’s a case of carefully moving the outer drum and the casing around to identify exactly which bit is loose.
