Indesit BWA 81484 xw uk noisey and screws in drum

Hi, we have owned the above washing machine for about 14 months and it has always been noisey, more so during the spin cycle. About 6 months ago there was a loud bang during a spin and the machine turned off when I checked the machine over I found the the door bowl had deep guages on the section between 9 and 12 o'clock as you look at the machine. But the machine switched back on and continued to work normally.

The indesit repair man came out the following week and checked the machine over, he acknowledged the noise and damage to the bowl but after a few calls to colleagues all he could suggest was some spray grease on a lower shock absorber which made the machine less noisey for a few days.

Anyway before Christmas I found a small self tapping screw in the drum but didn't think much of it as it may have come out of a pocket although its not the type of screw I would use. Last week I found another identical screw which concerned me and tonight a third screw was in the drum (picture attached). Should I be worried???

I don't want to call an engineer out needlessly but I also don't want the drum to leave the machine mid spin cycle 😳

Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Hi. They look like wood screws. Also, no screws from a washing machine could get inside the drum.
