Brand new WDOQY1514 WDQY1014 error F17 and not drying at all
I have read this is a condense chamber issue solinoid or blockage but the machine is brand new. It's washing perfectly. We are using a garden hose as a extension to reach the faucet. It makes no sense this could be the issue, as it's washing perfectly but thought bears mentioning. Could it possibly be the issue? Any other ideas?

If the laundry isn't getting hot then there's a fault but if it is getting hot but remaining wet it could be water pressure.
Is the water pressure too low? A condenser dryer condenses the steam by having it hit a very slow trickle of cold water. The water valve that lets in this cold water has a flow ristrictor inside to reduce the cold water flow to a trickle.
So if the water pressure is already low it could reduce it too much or prevent watwr trickling into the condenser chamber. That would result in the laundry being hot but wet.
