Samsung Silver Nano
I was hoping for someone to tell me what part this is. its cracked along one side and is leaking water, therefor needs replacing. the problem is that samsung have no idea either. It is located at the side of the cold water inlet, 2 of the pipes go to the dispenser tray and the other is an inlet which comes from the cold water.

Samsung must be able to tell you what it is. Don't let them fob you off. They have all the parts breakdown diagrams. Does the hose from the inlet valve go to this part and then get distributed to either of the other two hoses? If you use the proper model number you should be able to track the part down. Silver Nano isn't a model number it's just a range name that could cover dozens of models. Find the model number and serial number usually behind the door or kickplate strip or sometimes behind the pump filter door at the front if fitted. Failing that try the back of the machine.

i tryed them again and they said to me that they cannot access the schematic, i called a few other numbers and same again they cannot access the documents for this model! nightmare as all i need is this part or similar. Yes from the inlet there are 2 pipes, 1 direct to the dispenser tray and one which goes via this box to the dispenser try. The problem is that a slight crack has developed in the top of this plastic box which is causing major leakage under pressure. As you can imagine I would rather spend a few quid getting this repaired or a new part instead of buying a new washer. the model number of the washer is b1445as.
all help appreciated as my wife is going nuts
