Hi8,

I have read through the FAQ and cannot find an answer there or on the Community forum,

So far I have checked and tested the fuses, tried other appliances in the plugs and checked there are no loose wires in the plug,

When we came home for a few days away, the electrics to the machine had tripped, we replaced the fuse, but the machine led lights will not come on at all,it appears to be completely dead,

so can somebody please describe the progression of testing we need to do on the machine? ie test the whatever first?

thanks for your help in advance.

Anne

I'm afraid if you've followed the advice on troubleshooting a dead or fusing washing machine in my washing machine troubleshooting guide you've already read all the advice I can think of to help in such a situation. After that I can only advise to get an engineer in. Faults like this need specialist meters and knowledge to diagnose beyond all the issues mentioned in my article.
