Samsung Bits Of Chewed Up Plastic In Pump Filter
Hi, my washer made a lot of noise during the drain cycle, I have noticed in the debris filter bits of chewed up plastic and gravel like consistency plastic. The washer made thumping noise and when I tried using it again it began leaking lots of water.
Any ideas?

The bits of plastic could be from the plastic paddles at the other side of the drum or from the plastic outer tub. Sounds like possible coin damage. If it's punctured the outer tub, which are unfortunately mostly only made of plastic these days it could be an expensive repair. You need to safely disconnect the machine and carefully examine the outer tub for damage.
