Bearings Have Gone In The Main Drum

First post so go easy.

We have an Indesit IWC7125 bought in France 2 years ago. It has done well, but as its now gone funky, not as well as it should. The bearings have gone in the main drum.

Approaching any French repair people or parts people is like trying to find the holy grail and will cost as much, so I approached a few spares companies in the Uk. End result is I am getting no-where fast.

All I need is drum bearing kit and I am more than capable of doing it myself, but can I find anyone to tell me the right bearings to get......

The machine looks the same as the Uk IWD7125 and 7123 so I "assume" the bearings will be the same.

Any help would be really be appreciated.

Thanks

Brian

Trying to get parts for a washing machine in a different country is always very hard because manufacturers tend to sell different machines in individual countries tailored to what they think they want. Model numbers are always different. The core parts are likely to be the same so your assumption is probably correct but there's no guarantee. You might be able to get help from my affiliated spares site

Another way is to strip the machine down and see the bearing sizes if they are visible as some of the bearings listed on the above link have actual sizes specified.
