Heavily Creased Clothes From Miele Wt2780 Washer Dryer
My first ever post! We bought a Miele WT2780 washer dryer 2 years ago. Great washer but clothes come out of the dryer so heavily creased that they are very difficult to iron Miele techs have been 4 times but still no change. We are diligent in using the removal of fluff program. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Rhank you

Hello Fabian, Which? tested and reviewed that model and gave it a Best Buy and didn't find anything to criticise about it at all. So it seems safe to assume there's nothing wrong with the design as such. That doesn't mean it can't have developed a fault of course, but it is unusual for a fault to cause excessive creasing. As the machine is a Miele, was given a Best Buy award by Which? plus Miele engineers can't find a fault after 4 visits it makes most sense to try and see if it's anything to do with how it's being used first.
It may well be you've already eliminated the following possible issues but I mention them for anyone with the same problems too.
One thing to make sure you are doing is never turn the dryer off before it's finished, the last section of a drying cycle should turn off the heating element and allow the laundry to be exposed to decreasing air temperature. If the laundry doesn't go through this process (it's theoretically possible for a fault to cause it) then the creases can get ironed in.
Also, leaving laundry crumbled up in the drum after the cycle has finished can cause creasing, so always make sure you are around to take them out soon after the cycle has finished and employ any anti creasing option buttons which should tun the laundry a short time every so often to help prevent creasing.
Overloading causes creasing too (you can't wash a full load then allow it to go into tumble dry mode without removing some of the load because washer dryers can only cope with roughly half the load they can wash)
Also, how sure are you it s the dryer cycle causing the excessive creasing? Does it only happen when tumble dried? Although this article is intended for washing machines it's worth checking up on laundry badly creased in washing machine
