My washing machine started leaking about a week ago, I put it on a quick wash with a bed set in to test it & it flooded but looked like it had a few soap suds in it but not enough that there were bubbles. I've turned it on its side & checked the drain hose, thats fine, the filters cleared (there were a few coins in the pipe) but i did it earlier & it seems to be coming from the middle of the machine at the top. I cant get my hand round the middle of the drum on its side but the pump i can see going from the detergent drawer to the drum is dry. The drum itself is dry.

I'd really appreciate some help, i'm really stressed out about it.

Washing machines can leak from dozens of different places, it's down to carefully examining everywhere to find the leak

Yes all washing machine lids I've seen have 2 screws which are removed and then the lid is knocked and slid backwards to remove.

I thought you just removed the screws at the back of the lid, then slide the lid backwards and lift off? Try searching youtube and you should see. It isn't easy to see where it's leaking from with the lid on.

I've seen it comes from the middle, around the right side, but when we tip it after it's washed to see if there are any wet tubes etc, there doesnt seem to be anything obvious. I cant get the top off either?
