Hi everyone

We've just bought the above model washing machine, and I find the User Manual to be less than user friendly. We want to soak soiled cottons in the machine, but I can only see that the Cottons with pre-wash as being the only option. Is Meile's idea of pre-wash the same as Soak?

Hi. As far as I'm aware front loading washing machines don't have a soak cycle, only prewash or wash. I think heavily soiled items should be soaked in a separate container not the washing machine. The main point being to avoid having heavily soiled stuff in the machine. If pre wash isn't useful I'd soak them in the bath or a bucket etc first.
