Washing Machine drum fills with water overnight

Hi There

Not sure if anyone can help with this. My Zanussi ZWF1421W starts to fill up with water when the door is left open and the machine is not running. The last 2 mornings there's been water on the floor and the machine has water inside it. Anyone have any ideas??
