Hi All. I have a Logik liw814w15, bought in 2017.
Yesterday, half way through a cycle, it stopped working and showed error code E21. This is apparently a problem with pump drainage..
I have done all of the following:
- I have taken the filter out and cleaned it
- I have taken the pump out from underneath, disconnecting all the pipes and cleaned them (not much residue there)
- I have taken the pump apart and cleaned inside (not much residue there either, moves freely)
- I have blown into the waste pipe, it is clear.
Tried again and still showing the same error message.
Any ideas what I can do next??

The first thing to establish is - is the error code accurate? In other words is there a problem with drainage? Is the water being pumped away OK or not? There's no point looking for a problem if it doesn't exist. So with an error code implicating a problem with draining the water if the water is being pumped away OK then don't look for a blockage. Washing machines receive the signal that water has emptied out ok from the pressure system, which can be faulty or suffer a blockage. So if water is being pumped away OK but the error says it isn't the problem is likely to be with the pressure system.
If the water is actually not draining fully then there must be a blockage you haven't found. If it pumps into the u-bend under the sink remove the drain hose and check in the end of the drain hose and the spout it pumps in to.
