Beko WMI71641 cut out
Guys having a bit of trouble with my beko washing machine on different washes it will get stuck at 5,8 or 10 minutes and not count down any further and now it seems when it starts to spin really fast it stops instantly as if it has cut out when it hasn’t looking at the pcb there some blackening and sooty not sure if as it’s a few years old this is normal build up or it there is anything else it could I can intermittently get it to spin end drain end then it will get stuck at 8 minutes the next time? Any help appreciated

Hello. Getting stuck at the end of the wash cycle is often caused by an open circuit heating element so that's the first thing to check to see if there are any connection issues or if the heating element is open circuit or not with a test metre. Regarding the blackening and sucked on the PCB that is very normal and is often mistaken for burning. If it wipes off, it's just attracted dirt and muck usually around resistors that get hot during operation.

Strange thing is when it gets to five minutes it sounds like it’s draining but doesn’t just keeps going round in circles
If the heater isn’t working the program can stick for a long time and then jump to near the end and stick. I’m not sure you’d be able to order screws you might have to just find something similar.

Ok will check that tomorrow would not effect the water being heated aswel though, and where can I find screw sizes for carbon brushes Iv managed to lose one
