Washing Machine Beko B5WT594189W drain hose dissappeared behind filter panel
Hi,
I was doing cleaning of my washing machine and I pulled the drain hose out to drain water, but when I placed it back, it slipped through the hole behind the filter panel, I can't figure out how to open it up to place the hose through the hole. I would appreciate some help regarding it. Thank you very much!

This thread was marked as solved. Here's a summary of the problem and the fix, generated from the discussion below.
Beko B5WT594189W drain hose slipped behind filter panel
- The problem
- During cleaning, the small drain hose was pulled out to drain water and then slipped back through the opening behind the filter panel, leaving it inaccessible from the front.
- Likely cause
- The drain hose has fallen behind the front filter-panel area, and this model does not appear to have a separate lower kickstrip for easy front access.
- What fixed it
- The accepted advice was that access is likely only possible from inside the appliance or from underneath, as there is no bottom-front kickstrip. It was also suggested that if the plastic surround around the filter can be removed, it may provide enough access to retrieve and reposition the hose. The discussion does not confirm the exact repair carried out.
- Checks to try
- Confirmed the hose slipped through the hole behind the filter panel
- Noted there is no kickstrip at the bottom front
- Suggested checking whether the plastic part around the filter can come off for access
Safety: Further diagnosis should be carried out by a suitably qualified appliance engineer.

Hi. I've seen several other posts with this exact same problem. I'm not sure if they are all for the same brand or not. However, because there is no kickstrip at the bottom front the only access is from inside or underneath (but there is usually a plastic base covering the underneath).
If the plastic part around the filter somehow comes off you might gain enough access.
