Beko WDR7543121 Heater Channel Group Removal?

Hi All,

I have this washer dryer and recently its stopped drying properly. Clothes are hot but damp. I opened it up to see if there was a condenser and noticed the plastic channel seemed very clogged up. In order to clean it I assume I have to remove the Heater Channel Group at the top which seems to be secured with 4 large torx type bolts. Does this all sound correct, doable? I tried to find a service manual but no luck

Thanks for any help :-)

Hello there, yes repair manuals are just not made available to the public. You should go to take off the cover with the correct talk schools but early mind that if you find it has been sealed with the sealant you would need to replace it with special heat resistant sealant. Have a good look at this article first in case it helps Clothes come out of drying cycle hot but still wet

The big plastic container at the back is just where the condensed water runs back into the bottom of the drum in order to be pumped out. If it is blocked at the bottom where it enters the drum then it could definitely cause this problem.

Thanks Andy. I took a leap of faith and unclogged the condenser and fingers crossed all seems good now

Cheers
