Beko Wma 520W Spin Fault

My beko WMA520W doesn`t spin. The drum rotates slowly & the pump runs but it doesn`t accelerate to spin speed. Can any of tou wonderful people help me to diagnose the fault.

Have you read my washing machine won't spin article ? I've coverall all the advice for diagnosing a washing machine not spinning problem I can think of there. I think calling an engineer is best policy if none of that helps.
