Beko Wme7247S Programs Stuck

I have a problem with a beko7247s. the top 3 programs work ie intensive,cotten & synthetics, all the rest just show a flashing fabric softner icon. any ideas how to clear this???

If it's a hot and cold fill washing machine make sure the cold water is going into the machine otherwise it could fill (with hot) on some wash cycles but stick when it gets to rinses.
