Hoping someone can help me. I have a 6 year old ISE 10. Put a wash on last night and it stopped half way through full of water with fault F1 flashing. I know that the company has gone bankrupt and as such my 10 year warranty is worth nothing but I need to get it fixed. Don't want to get just anyone and pay £150 or whatever only to find they can't get parts or not repairable. Help please does anyone know of a repair person who is familiar with ISE in the Glasgow area. I have kids and no way can I live without a washing machine for long. Is it fixable or is it ready for the bin. Its also full of water and too heavy to lift.

Hopefully someone knows a solution.

It could just be a blocked pump filter. Check these articles out

Washing Machine Pump Filter

Washing Machine Won’t Drain Water

The first 2 errors on most washing machines (eg. - F1 and F2 or E1 and E2) are usually related to filling or draining faults and are almost always mentioned in the instruction manual. Check it out.

If it's a filling or draining fault any local engineer might be able to fix it - especially if it's something blocking or jamming the pump which is the cause of 90% of not draining faults. Other than that try the UK Whitegoods forums for someone who will look at an ISE washing machine. Many of the people that used to sell them are in there.
