Daewoo parts

Hi folks,

I have a Daewoo DWDHB141KK. The dampers failed around the 2 year mark and I managed to get spares after several weeks of tring to track down compatible parts.

Now the bearings seem to be on the way out (It's 3 years, 3 months old) and the machine itself isn't even listed on any spares sites. Apparently it's been withdrawn from Daewoo support or something.

Anyone know if there is an internally equivalent model? Do I have any rights to a replacement model etc?

Thanks!

If parts are no longer available after just 3 years I would think you can claim under the Consumer Rights Act that it hasn’t lasted a reasonable time. I would try to get advyfrom a consumer group like Citizens Advice.

Thanks Andy.

It was already non-existent before it was 2 years old. I'll get some advice.
