New WiFi Miele washing machine starting problem

I have the new WiFi connected Miele wasn’t machine. Yesterday I accidentally bumped the power button while it was in the middle of a programme and now the screen just appears with a “ Miele” icon. Nothing seems to work! I had to drain the washing machine to open the door... not sure what to do - I’ve only had the washing machine for a couple of days!

Have you tried unplugging it for several minutes, or disconnecting it from the mains?
