Miele WT945 - no water going into drum

Hi all,

I am having issues with my Miele wt945. There is no water going into the drum. I can hear and see water going into the detergent dispenser drawer and can also hear the water being constantly being drained/pumped out. I have cleaned out the filters (fluff filters, water filters)and even fitted a new triple inlet valve, also checked the water in and drain hose -which are both clean and good. If I put on a rinse or wash cycle i get the flashing red light for the "Water inlet/drain indicator".. but can hear (see if I open the drawer) the water going into the drawer but instantly being pumped out the drain hose - seems like it is bypassing the drum. On any cycle rinse or wash then drain pump is constantly running/pumping. The only way to get it to stop is to switch off the machine.

I have tried tipping the machine back, in case there is a anti-flood switch.. but no water has come out and also the bottom of the machine is dry

Thanks in advance
