Hotpoint WMJLL742
Hi, I have a hotpoint WMJLL742 washing machine. It’s 2 years old but sounds like the bearings need replacing. I’m happy to do this myself but I can’t find bearings for this model anywhere. Before I take it apart I was wondering if anyone could tell me whether the bearings are replaceable or whether this model is one of those ‘welded drum’ types where they need the entire drum replacing as bearings are encased inside and you can’t get to them. Can anyone help me? Thanks, Phil.

See if drum bearings are available by looking up the model on Ransom Spares but I don't advise anyone trying to replace drum bearings any more. It's a very big job, and manufacturers are increasingly making it difficult or impossible to do.
