BEKO WDX8543130W Not Draining

Hoping someone could kindly help me here.
I have a BEKO WDX 8543130W and the unit is not draining.
I have removed pump and filter, all clear.
Tested pump by powering externally, rotation is fine (a small screw did fly out of there on first test, though - must have been caught between impeller blades).
Refitted, connected and still not draining.
Entered Diagnostic Mode and error code E32 is displaying.
Could it be PCB not providing voltage? My combi-meter didn't detect anything during spin, other than continuity. Should have used the multi-meter.
Do these units run from an electronic pressure switch?

Hello Simon. I've seen the pump definitely does not run when on the machine as opposed to it not pumping water? If it runs off of the machine but it does not run on then yes obviously there is a problem with power. But it could be on the neutral side so check the continuity with a continuity test meter from the neutral on the pump to neutral on the plug. It also need to check the live side connection to the pump for breaks in the wire or bad connections. Unfortunately there are no wiring diagrams available for washing machines unless you are an engineer and subscribe to their technical support software.
Some Hotpoint washing machines don't let the pump run when there is no water in the machine, which our voice found pretty pointless. But I don't know if any other brands do the same. The trouble is if you put water into the machine and it still doesn't run you will be stuck with water in the machine.

I've removed the pump and tested externally; it's running well.
Thanks for tips, I'll check the cabling (admittedly, took it for granted they're good as there was continuity between live and neutral on the connector plug).
Ha ha, so I need to fill the mother with water, open the drain and see what happens. Thank god it's in a wet room.
Don't suppose you know where on the PCB the pressure switch sensor is? (I miss the analogue days...)
The pressure switch is under the lid (Pressure switch). Sadly there are no wiring diagrams available but both wires to the pump should be traceable physically and continuity checked along them. Don't test on a live machine, test with it disconnected and with a continuity test meter.
