I have a beko wdx that turns itself off after running for a few minutes. I've put it into test mode and it just shows 15 I've tried searching for error codes and how to reset this model but can't find any info online.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

My Beko error codes only go up to E12. Check the carbon brushes in the motor if it has them fitted. It's by far the most common cause of a motor not running.

quick update After turning the dial to a cycle in test mode it showed E13 which apparently is a motor problem I'm no electrician but I checked the wiring to the motor and found that one of the blue and white wires to the motor is getting no power the wiring in there is like spaghetti so I've not investigated further any idea if this would be an expensive fix?

Thanks
