Beko wdx850130w - extended run time

So my beko washer dryer has been running for like an hour or 2 after cycles. I've done the usual and checked the drain filter is clear, the pump impeller spins.

Is there a way to run diagnostics for fault codes? Or any other direction I can be pointed in?

Does it have a solid base and a float switch to detect leaks?

In the base. If one is fitted it will be obvious. If there’s a leak it can switch the float switch on and energise the pump. They can also stick on. It’s a long shot really though, as in theory if it detects a leak, it should really abort the cycle. So if it otherwise works ok it may be something else.

Yes it's on a solid base, where would I find the float switch? I'm planning on stripping it to look for further indicators tomorrow.
