First of all, i am not from GB but Norway 🫡 pardon my English

After 3 day of studying i am on my way to give up.

The Maschine was not able to spin up to his 1400 rpm. I check pump, bearing and suspension. Find a little slak in bearing and bad suspension. Change everything, clean and check pump, but the problem is exactly the same. Get into troubleshooting menu, test everything, all is okay. In spin modus the trumble gets 1370 rpm. Delete fault measages and tru again. Same problem.

Feels like the machine wobble more in spinning mode, also when it is empty.. And when it start wobble it gives up spinning and reverse for a new try. In troubleshooting menu there is no kind of wobble.

Can someone give me a hint here?

Hello there. When you say the spin gets up to 1370 rpm have you tested it with a tachometer? 13070 rpm would be perfectly acceptable.

Most washing machines will limit how fast they spin depending on how well balanced load is. If it is wobbling around a lot because the laundry is not ideally balanced many washing machines will not go to the fastest spin. If it's bad enough many washing machines will not even spin at all (washing machine will not spin just one item or small loads)

Hello.

Thanks for trying help me.

In fact i have also try spin it in test mode with water inside, but without any problem.

Only think i could say is that when in try to help it up in speed in normal mode, then it sometimes could get it up in max speed. I think the test mode spinning don't take care of unbalance, and that could be de fault and difference.

If it spins in a special test mode okay, but it won't spin on a normal cycle that is quite strange. The fact that it spins okay in a test mode implies that everything is working okay. Does it have a spin only cycle? If it does tight on the test mode again and if it spins okay, turn off the test mode and then put it just to spin only cycle to see if it spins. The reason I suggest this is that one possible issue could be when water is going into the washing machine, a fault on the pressure system could prevent it from spinning. This can happen if the pressure switch gets jammed in the on position.

Hello

Sorry for bad explanation. The problem is that ot just spinn out in troubleshooting menu with spinning test. In normal modus it try to spin up but start wobling and cut the spinning. Also with empty machine. In test mode it don't wobble.

Hi. What is the exact problem? I might be missing something but I‘m thinking it spins but just 300 rpm slower than the top speed of 1400?

Thanks for answering me.

Yeah, i have tested it with a tacho. I haven't get any longer in troubleshooting, but something tells te ecu that the spin must stop cause of unbalanced load. Is it the motor ecu ( frequency converters), brushless motor) who feels the current, or is it the tacho on te motor who gives feedback when unbalanced. Therr is no others sensors like load sensor on this machine
