Hi,I have a Zanussi ZWX1605W ,the machine will not go into cycle and take it water ,just runs the pump continuously.If you advance the programme it will take in water on the rinse section and drum will move back and forth but if you advance to the spin cycle it will drain all the water and run drain pump continuous and not spin

It could be an insulation fault but an insulation test meter would be required to test it. If any lights are flashingit could be indicating an error code, which would be better for diagnosing but it sounds like it needs looking at by an engineer.
