Beko Flashing Lights Fault
Hiya, I have had my machine for 3 1/2 years, we moved it slightly the other day to install dishwasher but now the 1st 3 lights are flashing which apparentky means 'electronic card has failed', now my question is can I sort this myself or if I do call an engineer will it be worth sorting os should I just buy a new one for £180? Thanks

Beko washing machine flashing first three lights after being moved
- The problem
- A Beko washing machine, around 3½ years old, developed a fault immediately after being moved slightly. The first three lights were flashing. The owner had seen this described elsewhere as an electronic card failure and wanted to know whether it was worth repairing.
- Likely cause
- The strongest diagnosis in the discussion is that the fault may be related to something disturbed during moving, particularly the water supply, tap position or mains supply/socket, rather than a confirmed failed electronic card. A pressure or supply issue was suggested, but no exact fault was confirmed.
- What fixed it
- Recommended checks were to make sure the water taps and supply were OK and to make sure the socket was sound and providing full power. The accepted advice was not to buy an electronic control board speculatively because it is expensive and may not cure the fault. The exact repair was not confirmed.
- Checks to try
- Check the taps are on and the water supply is OK
- Check the socket is good and supplying full power
Safety: Further diagnosis should be carried out by a suitably qualified appliance engineer.

If the fault only occurred after moving make sure the taps and water supply are ok and make sure the socket is good and supplying full power. It's a bit of a coincidence if it was working ok before. Otherwise I wouldn't buy a board, they are expensive and it may not fix the fault.

HI just a throught but if the dish washer and machine are side by side then there will be a drop in pressure as one item will be more stronger,For example if the d/w and the W) machine are on at the same time and you try to use the shower there will be a massive pressure drop on the water supply. The shower then cuts out lights flashing saying low pressure see what im driving at.
