How To Remove Soap Dispenser?
It does not seem to want to pull out, I have looked for catches, do you need to remove the washer top?
Also is there are service or user manual for this machine.

If there's no catch to press drown at the back or underneath the drawer then pull it fully out and then firmly pull it by gripping the sides of the drawer. Servis have no web site to download manuals from as they went bust.

Hi.
I managed to get it out, two big men pulling hard could not get it out, and i have taken a few washers apart over the years, the trick was to press very hard under the center of the drawer as you pull it out.
