Hotpoint Aqualtis Machine Decided To Stop Mid Cycle

Hi All this is my first post and i am afraid it is an ask. i have a Hotpoint aqualtis machine that today has decided to stop mid cycle and then will let you restart it. goes so long and then stops again. there are no codes i cant see any thing any where. any ideas before i call someone out.

There are some faults that won't generate an error code such as an open circuit motor (sometimes worn carbon brushes) or if the heater goes open circuit during wash.

If you are able to check the carbon brushes it may be worth a try but otherwise I'd get an engineer in.
