Beko Wm5101W Stopped Working

Hi, my Beko washing machine is full of water and has stopped working. No lights are showing. My other half has changed the fuse on the hard wire and has checked the voltage going into it, and that's fine at 240.
Any suggestions as to what could be causing the fault?! Thanks!
