Hi All

We have a Ultima WT960 and my wife put it on this morning after our daghters first party (She was 18 Thursday) We wnt out but came back to a mess All cosmetic so was not to bad to say. One of the girls however had stopped the night and had been sick on her bedclothes hence the washer being put on Sunday LOL

Right it was put on the 30 minuet cycle while they was tidying up in the other rooms and went back to the washer thinking it would be done But it had stck on 14 Mins So we powered the washer off at the socket and switched it back on and it started going again from the 14 mins But as it got down to 5mins to go it then changed and instead of going to 4mins went up to 17mins and the same happend again So we turned it off and waited for the door to open and we then felt the wasjhing and it was wet through so we put it on the 12min spin cycle which it did fine and finished on its own. But through all the switching from the 14min to the 5min to the 17min it never flashed up any error coades? Anyone any ideas Or suggestions please

Regards Osh

One possibility is if the washer couldn't balance the load it may confuse the time and refuse to spin as described here - http://www.whitegoodshelp.co.uk/washing-machine-wont-spin-just-one-item-or-very-small-loads/
