Hi,

After resolving the drainage issues with the machine earlier this year, there is now possibly another issue.

I say possibly as it doesn't seem to be causing an issue yet but I would like to prevent one.

Yesterday I noticed that the drum does not sit it in the opening evenly any more and appears to be more to the right, I've had a look at the seal and it seems fine but now the drum rubs on the door seal when it spins.

My first thought was a shock absorber had worn, but just wonder if there are any other suggestions?

Many thanks

Check there isn't a tub spring broken, the drum (tub) is held centrally in the casing usually by two springs at the top under the lid. Other than that it's usually the suspension that causes the drum to twist or lean to one side. One other thing to check it the chassis at the base of the machine, make sure nothing has broken, or come un-welded, or even that a fixing peg for one of the suspension legs (dampers) hasn't come off.
