Gorenje W8424 Whining Noise
Hello! I have a few weeks old Gorenje that started making a rather loud whining noise. It seems to be less loud when the machine is spinning fast. I've filmed a little video:
Also, I tried turning the drum by hand when the machine was off and, while quieter, the noise is there and the faster I spin the more distinct it gets.

No, I bought it ~3 weeks ago, used it maybe 15 times.
It just sounds exactly as if new brushes have been fitted which causes that high pitched noise and is normal. After several washes the brushes bed in and it quietens down. Maybe new brushes were fitted just prior to it being sold but then if you've used it 15 times it would normally be bedding in by now. If you are concerned and need to investigate check the brushes in the motor.

Also the noice seems to be the loudest at about 1 hour into the washing cycle and then goes down a bit.
The machine should be brand new. It came sealed from the supplier. I'll watch it for the next few weeks see if it's getting better or worse. Thanks for your answers!
Oh, something I remembered: Today's the second time I noticed the fabric softener gone at the start of the wash.
I put the powder detergent in the left and right sides of the container (for pre-wash), put the fabric softener in the middle one, and as soon as I start the wash the machine seems to suck in the fabric softener (it should be doing that towards the end), and clothes at the end seem to come out without any scent, meaning the softener is just gone for some reason. What could it be?
I think I should have bought a BOSH...
It does sound noisy, especially if new. The noise is definitely the motor, the carbon brushes on the motor. If new brushes had just been fitted I would say it's normal and nothing to worry about and that it should quieten down after a few weeks. Try putting it on long spin several times to see if it beds them in. If it doesn't get quieter I'd get them out complaining it is very noisy.

Unfortunatelly it wasn't something we did. I put the powder in both the right and left sides and the fabric softener in the middle. I took out the compartment out a bit and watched as the water started pouring inside to wash the powder in, the fabric softener was slowly being filled with water to a bit above the max level and then drained with the powder. Something seems to be leaking
If you pull out the drawer whilst it's filling stray water could run into the fabric compartment and start it off siphoning. Otherwise if it's taking it out prematurely without the drawer being disturbed all the explanations for why are in the article I linked to.
