I have a question. My whirpool 6th sense short program takes hours to complete.
What can be the cause?

It's a vague symptom unfortunately that could be various things including a heater fault or maybe it's siphoning, or getting stuck trying to balance the load. If you can discover what it seems to get stuck doing it might help, for example is it filling excessively, sticking washing for hours, sticking just before spin etc
